Products Outer Loop Power Control (OLPC) system. Our flagship product is an innovative Outer Loop Power Control (OLPC) solution for 3G mobile radio access. Instead of the traditional BLER-based OLPC, our OLPC solution is based on a different quality criterion: the Outage Probability. This is the so called “Outage-Based” OLPC which solves the intrinsic problems related to the slow convergence speed of the BLER-based solution under certain propagation conditions. ToT OLPC analyzes SIR measurements for fast adaptation to the radio channel. This rapid adaptation leads to network capacity gains in the next situations:
